Hot off the press - we're laying the foundations for our future

We wanted you to be amongst the first to know that there are big changes afoot at Yorkshire Country Properties.

Throughout the last year, we’ve been thrilled to pick up a few industry awards – regionally and nationally - for the quality of our new homes.

We’ve also been looking at potential new development sites outside of our home patch as part of our strategy to become a national housebuilder.

Once we start building new homes in other counties, we think it could be misleading if we tie ourselves geographically to Yorkshire and continue to call ourselves Yorkshire Country Properties.

So, we have decided to go for a new, modern name and a fresh, more dynamic approach as we venture beyond the Huddersfield area - the same quality but with a new look.

In readiness for the next stage in our development strategy, from 15 July, we will be called Vivly Living and our strapline will become ‘Homes with heart’.

As Vivly Living, we’re on a mission to radically alter the face of housebuilding, We will continue with our tradition of building homes with outdoor space in beautiful locations - no soulless, cookie-cutter housing on small plots. We want to transform the new homes market to benefit future generations.

By using sustainable materials and preserving the surrounding natural environment for wildlife, our designs will enable carbon neutral living and promote a positive work:life balance.

Just as we design with people in mind, we focus on people, places and communities wherever we build.

Our dedication to delivering an exceptional customer buying experience remains unchanged. Vivly Living means village life that works for you, homes that are designed better and constructed smarter, for the modern world.

So please be assured that all our existing Yorkshire Country Property guarantees, and legal documentation are in no way affected by our new look and name. Our marketing materials are in the process of being re-branded with the Vivly Living mark and styling.

The launch of Vivly Living simply marks the next, exciting chapter in our journey and we wanted to share the thinking behind the changes with you.

Although we may look different and operate under a new name, wherever we build we’ll be taking ‘a little bit of Yorkshire’ with us – our friendly, unassuming way of relating to customers and of doing things properly with a deeply-felt commitment to the quality of each and every home we build, so that we can say unequivocally, we build ‘Homes with heart’.
